As we approach the end of the season on November 4th, we want to remind all our guests and season pass holders about RBMC off-season access policy.

End of Season Access

Effective November 4th, all guest passes will be turned off, including those associated with season passes. This means that access to the property will be restricted, and it’s crucial to plan accordingly.

Designating a Current Pass Holder

If you need someone to check on your lot during the off-season, you can designate a current season pass holder to enter the property on your behalf. This is a great way to ensure that your lot is maintained while you are away.

How to Designate a Pass Holder

To authorize a current pass holder, please visit the office to fill out the necessary paperwork. This step is essential to ensure that access is granted smoothly. Please note that while designated individuals can enter the property, they will not be allowed to spend the night.
