According to our Covenants, lot owners may spend the night for only four nights per month during this period. It’s important to remember that no lot is to be used as a permanent residence or place of domicile.

Additionally, the Circuit Court of Berkeley County has upheld that “River Bend Park is not to be used as a personal residence or domicile.” This ruling is crucial for maintaining the integrity and intended use of our community.

To ensure compliance with these rules, our security team will be actively monitoring who is staying in the park. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to these guidelines to foster a welcoming environment for everyone.
