This year you will be receiving 2 invoices with different due dates for your dues.

The first one is due January 1st and the second one is due April 1st. These invoices have a 30 day grace period before being late.

RBMC must receive the payment in our office by January 31st, for the first payment, and May 1st, for the second payment for them not to be considered late.

You will notice these invoices have half of your dues on each invoice along with half of the security vehicle assessment. Finally, you will see a credit card surcharge of 32.50 per invoice. If you pay by paper check or cash this surcharge will be taken off by the office staff.
